My name is Jamie Byrne, I have been in leadership roles for over 25 years in operations management and human resources management in both retail and higher education environments. I have trained and developed hundreds of employees over the last three decades and I have led teams as large as several hundred employees. I have a Bachelor's degree in Management with an Human Resource emphasis and a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification. I have been a Lean process improvement background and I have developed a leading HR service center model. My experience has allowed me to gain a tremendous amount of insight into how most people like to work and be lead and what it takes to be a good leader at any level of the organization.
